Ferry pilot services offered worldwide.

Oceanic deliveries of turbine and piston aircraft are available to meet your needs. Turn-key services are available, supplementing safe transport of your aircraft with mechanical inspection, export documentation, approved ferry tanking, and insurance. Services are offered to both US (N-) and Canadian (C-) registered aircraft. Owner escorted service is also available.

Hours of Service
& Minimum Rest
  • Duty time will not begin on any day after the first duty day until preceded by eight hours of consecutive standby time.

Standards
of Service
  • Ensure the aircraft is operated within regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Make a good faith effort to ensure airworthiness through familiarity with the aircraft logbooks and personal review of operating documents and performance and limitations prior to each flight.
  • Minimize client costs by shopping for the lowest priced fuel, reasonable hotel and complimentary ground transportation whenever possible.
  • Seek 'Crew Rates' and other discounts for the benefit of theclient whenever possible.
  • Pilot will attempt to utilize NATA trained fueling & ramp towing personnel whenever possible.
  • Pilot will supervise each fueling action and will personally instruct ramp towing personnel in the safe manner of towing aircraft any time NATA trained ramp towing personnel are not available.
  • Inspect areas of aircraft subject to ramp towing damage before each flight to ensure service personnel accountability.
  • Pilot will use NATA trained wing walkers and marshaling personnel whenever possible to minimize any chance of aircraft damage.
  • Pilot will observe sterile cockpit procedures during ramp operations.

Reimbursed Expenses
  • Dinner each day service extends past 9PM local time.
  • Hotel each day duty ends in a city other than pilot domicile.
  • Ground transportation between airport and hotel if required.
  • Line service and shuttle driver tips when appropriate.
  • Airline transportation including change fees if schedule changes require them.
  • Customs, immigration entry and exit, landing, ramp and handling fees when applicable.

Fuel Payment

Pilot will be provided with a means for paying for fuel prior to each flight. Failure to provide for fuel payment may result in delays or cancellations. Any funds provided to pilot in excess of actual fuel costs will be returned to client or applied to client balance due, if any. Any credit cards provided to pilot shall be promptly returned at trip completion or stored in the airplane at clients discretion.
 


Payment Upon Delivery

If prior arrangements for prepayment or credit have not been made, payment is expected upon delivery of the aircraft. In the event that no payment is made at the time of delivery, the pilot shall remain with the aircraft on standby until arrangements are completed.
